Step 1: Prepare
Put on your harness, adjust the board, and choose the right sail based on wind conditions.
Step 2: Mount and Balance
Get on the board, grab the sail, and find your balance as you catch the wind.
Step 3: Wind Surf
Use your body and the sail to steer the board, adjusting speed and direction as you glide across the water.
