Step 1: Get Comfortable on the board, lie down on your stomach on top of the efoil board. This will help you get a feel for the board’s weight and balance.
Step 2: Kneel and align. Once you’re comfortable, kneel on the board, aligning your knees with the hinge. This will help you maintain your balance as you transition to standing.
Step 3: Stand and take off. Finally, it’s time to take off! Stand up on the board, placing your weight on your back foot. And just like that, you’re flying!
